Service Cancellation

Brizelonauskyxan understands that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel or modify your event support or guest reception service booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation terms vary depending on the type and timing of your booking:

30+ Days Before Event

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits.

14-30 Days Before Event

Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund.

Less Than 14 Days

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date are generally non-refundable.

Modifications

We understand that event requirements may change. Brizelonauskyxan will work with you to accommodate reasonable modifications to your service agreement, subject to availability and any additional costs that may apply.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, Brizelonauskyxan will work with clients to reschedule services or provide appropriate accommodations.
